From Storyboard to Delivery

Step one is sketching out the animation's story followed by gathering inspiration for its look and feel.

Next, I dive into After Effects, sticking to Lottie guidelines. Then, it's all about feedback, tweaks, and more tweaks.

After some user testing, it's time to deliver those .JSON files and previews to the team.

Working on campaigns for cities like Dehradun, Goa, and others involved digital ads, outdoor marketing (billboards, flyers), and CRM communications such as WhatsApp messages and MyGate Creatives.

I introduced motion design, added new colours & elements to the traditional approach which led to:

  • Doubling of the CTR (Click-Through rate) on the digital ads

  • Significant drop in the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
